Brian runs day-to-day farm operations, including crop planning, scheduling labor, coordinating equipment use, and ensuring production goals are met.
Brooke patrols the field perimeter, alerts us to visitors, and keeps a watchful eye on daily chores. Between rounds, she “inspects” the water bowls, supervises snack breaks, and ensures our team stays in good spirits. Brooke is an expert in pest-damage prevention and leads our quality control department, with particular expertise in carrot production.
